How much time do I need each week? Will this fit my schedule?

Plan for ~2–3 hours/week: about 1 hour to watch the weekly module and/or take a short test, 1 hour for the live coaching call, plus a 5–20 min task to apply what you've learned and reflect on your own situation. Additionally, some weeks there may be a workshop or some extra resources I'll recommend you to check, but this won't be compulsory to make the most out of the programme.

What time are the coaching calls?

It depends on the cohort. You will be asked your timezone and availability during application so we can book a spot for you in the next cohort that matches your availability. Sometimes we run several groups in parallel due to the different time zones of the participants, and we will always check the timing with you before confirming your spot in a group.

What if I can’t attend a session live?

No problem - all sessions are recorded and will be available to watch for 12 months after the end of the programme. You’ll still submit your task every week and get feedback from me, and you will be able to ask any additional questions in our private community.

Will I get enough individual attention in a group?

Yes. Each coaching group within each cohort is capped at 5 participants. We’ll use timed turns, and if needed we’ll extend our calls or add a small-group slot so everyone’s questions ALWAYS get answered.

What if life happens and I fall behind?
You get one-year access to the course and to the coaching sessions replays, and in any case you get 3-month access to the Mastermind, where you can ask your questions even if you miss a session or you are a couple of weeks late. As long as you let me know in advance, you can submit tasks late and still get my feedback, and you can book your 1:1 session whenever you’re ready, even after the initial 8 weeks.

I already have travel/plans for 1–2 weeks - can I still join?

Yes. You can indicate your availability in the application form. Even if you miss a week or two, you will be able to watch the Brain to Fluency™ course and the coaching replays, complete the short weekly tasks when you can, and join the sessions again as soon as you are available.

How do I get help between calls?

You’ll have direct access to me for questions inside our private channel in the Lab. If you get the VIP Clarity Add-on, you can also ask to have your questions answered via voice notes or short videos so calls stay focused on your progress.

Can I add weekly or biweekly 1:1 sessions for more personalised follow-up?

Yes - if you are looking for more personalised 1:1 support from me, then the VIP Clarity Add-on is probably your best option to tailor your programme together, monitor your progress, and make sure you as much expert support as possible as you progress towards your fluency goals over the next 12 months.

As with any programme, your results will greatly depend on the energy you invest.

Students in the first and second cohorts who committed to the process (i.e., watched the weekly videos, attended the live coaching sessions and completed the tasks) have all experienced incredible transformations, going from feeling stuck and hopeless to excited and energised by their learning.

This is the transformation you can expect, week by week:

Weeks 1-2: You understand the real nature of your blocks and start building a belief system that empowers you to learn and use the language more confidently.

You start making the first changes to your learning routine.

Weeks 3-4: You deep dive into all the hidden psychological factors impacting your learning, and understand better how your brain learns languages.

By now, you will start seeing the results of those strategic changes we made in the first couple of weeks to address your blocks.

Weeks 5-6: You now concentrate on refining the actual strategies that will help you learn languages more effectively, based on the psychological and cognitive factors we have discovered in the previous weeks, as well as all other external factors relevant to you (e.g., your location, your schedule, your routines, etc.).

At this stage, you should have been implementing some of the new strategies for around 4-6 weeks, and you will already see dramatic improvements in your ability to learn and use the language.

Weeks 7-8: We will now bring everything together to build your own personalised roadmap, with clear goals, intermediate milestones and a whole accountability system to make sure you stick to your plan and continue learning, no matter how challenging things get in your life.

By now, you'll be feeling really excited and motivated - empowered by your new ability to understand and take ownership for your learning, with a clear plan and strategies to make sustainable progress.

Week 9 and beyond: We validate your learning roadmap together, and make sure you have the support you need as you start implementing it.

At this stage, you feel confident about your learning choices, and will have already identified the right resources and people to support you on your learning journey - so you can get the best possible results in the shortest possible time, all while enjoying the process of becoming an effective bilingual communicator.
