I’ll be sending some preparation materials a couple of hours before the workshop, so keep an eye on your email to get the most out of this experience.

To obtain the best results, try to attend the session live and, if you can, block 20-30 minutes after the workshop to start reflecting on the workshop questions and strategies. Once you receive your results overview (and your personalised report, if you ordered one), I recommend that you block some extra time to review your results and start taking action on those beliefs as soon as possible.
