I’ll be sending some preparation materials before the workshop, so keep an eye on your email and on the Private WhatsApp Channel to get the most out of this experience.

To obtain the best results, try to attend the session(s) live and, if you can, block 20-30 minutes on the days leading up to the workshop to start reflecting on the pre-workshop questions I'll be sharing during the final week before the event.
